A pull-down valentine, also known as a fold-down valentine, depicting a young man and young women, each holding flowers, he in his hand, and she in the folds of her skirt. They are standing in front of a large cluster of lilies-of-the-valley and roses. In front of them is a fence with roses growing up its side. Title of the card is on the bottom of the pull-down section of the card. Text is written on the top of the pull-down section, which reads: Here's my heart, sweet Valentine,/If you will but take it./Your life shall be as free from care/As faithful love can make it.
