Lift-up valentine with white, perforated lace over pale pink and white paper. Lace is decorated by images of flowers on the top and bottom, and an image of a young man on the left. A glue speck on the paper indicates a fourth image on the right might be missing. Cameo center reveals Cupid as an organ grinder with a monkey holding Cupid's hat, which is filled with a large red rose. Card opens to reveal text entitled "All For thee" which reads: Thou knowest/That for thee, only,/My heart burns/With love's flame./All silently/I tremble,/At the mention /Of thy name!/Oh, turn not/From such loving;/Believe, that/Heart of thine,/Will never/ Find another,/To love with/Love like mine!
