Refugees - Barber Shop Open for Business, Boston Street
This Barber Shop was one of the first businesses to reopen after the fire was contained. Identified under a variety of names, A. D. Fraser, Emile D. Fraser, or John Frazier, the gentleman in the picture erected the white tent a few feet away from the ruins of his home on Boston Street.
